1. Scope of Operations
These Terms of Supply govern all wholesale procurement contracts, international manufacturing representation agreements, and institutional distribution services executed by VALUE LIFE PHARMACEUTICAL LTD.
2. Buyer Verification & Statutory Licensing
In compliance with the Poison and Pharmacy Act and PCN regulatory mandates:
- Prescription-only medicines (POM) and high-volume pharmaceuticals are strictly distributed to licensed hospitals, clinics, certified pharmacy premises, and registered drug wholesalers.
- Purchasers must maintain a valid Annual Operating License issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
3. Quality Assurance & Cold-Chain Integrity
Every pharmaceutical batch imported or dispatched by VALUE LIFE PHARMACEUTICAL LTD undergoes:
- NAFDAC registration verification and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) review.
- Continuous temperature logging for thermo-sensitive biologics (2°C - 8°C) from our Onitsha centralized cold-storage facility to the point of delivery.
- Tamper-evident seals on all wholesale transit master cartons.
4. Pharmacovigilance & Returns Policy
Due to stringent Good Distribution Practice regulations, pharmaceutical returns are accepted only in cases of verifiable transit damage or manufacturer product advisories reported within 48 hours of dispatch inspection.
